I. Raw Material Preprocessing

Purification and Extraction: The active ingredients are extracted using either a water extraction or an alcohol extraction process, followed by centrifugation and filtration to remove impurities and ensure the clarity of the medicinal solution.
II. Liquid Preparation Stage
Precise Proportioning: Dissolve the extract and excipients (such as sweeteners and preservatives) according to the formulation, and control the stirring speed to prevent foam formation.
Key parameter control: Use online monitoring equipment to control the concentration of the liquid medicine (error ≤ 0.5%) and the pH value (generally stabilized between 4.5 and 6.5), ensuring consistency with the target formulation.
3. Filling and Sealing
Filling equipment: Commonly used are peristaltic pumps or piston-type fillers, with an accuracy of up to ±0.1 ml, meeting GMP standards.
Sealing process: Utilizing hot-melt sealing or crimping technology to ensure a tight bond between the bottle body and the cap, thereby preventing air from entering and causing contamination.
IV. Sterilization Process
Moist heat sterilization: This method uses high temperature and pressure (121℃, 30 minutes) to kill bacteria and is suitable for large-volume oral liquids.
Dry heat sterilization: Suitable for small-volume glass bottles, sterilized at 160℃ for 1 hour to avoid the adverse effects of moist heat on drug efficacy.
V. Packaging and Quality Inspection
Light Inspection: Manually or mechanically inspect the clarity of the pharmaceutical solution and remove defective products containing foreign objects, bubbles, and other imperfections.
Outer packaging: Labeling and carton packing—some production lines have already achieved automated packaging, boosting efficiency by more than 30%.
