The QGS-Z Model Disk Filling Upper Plug Capping Machine is an Automatic Liquid Vial Filling Machine designed for 10ml–100ml Xilin bottles and glass bottles. It integrates liquid filling, stoppering, and capping into a coordinated production process. The machine uses straight-line bottle feeding, 4–6 head washing, cylinder plug insertion, automatic capping, and three-knife centrifugal capping. With filling accuracy of ±1%, a plug rate of at least 99%, and a cover rate of at least 99%, it provides a practical solution for stable liquid vial packaging.
